Continental's standalone smoke meter is DVSA and MTS approved for MOT or voluntary test procedures on diesel engines.

It’s built on our years of experience with the Crypton brand. It’s based on the 1000 series cabinet to allow future housing of a Particulate number counter (PNC) 

This smoke meter caters for cars, vans, trucks, buses, plus light and heavy plant machinery with sampling pipe options to suit different exhaust types.

The charging station keeps it warmed up for instant use and the automatic standby mode helps to preserve the battery life when the unit is detached.

Please note: As all new MOT emissions equipment is required to be connected a reliable internet connection is required, a cabled connection is recommended. Engineer visits will be charged if any faults are traced to internet issues.
