    To log in to the Continental Aftermarket Webshop please enter your e-mail address and password in the
    in the right box at "Customer login".
  • Why do I have to register?
    To buy goods in the Continental Aftermarket Webshop you must be registered.
  • Is there an age limit?
    In general there is an age limit of 18 years.
  • Do I have to own a business?
    Yes, it is necessary to have a valid VAT-number.
  • Can I change my personal data afterwards?
    Yes, by clicking on the "My account" button, you can change your personal data at any time once you are logged in.
    The only exception to this is your e-mail address, which we use for unique identification.


  • I have forgotten my password, what can I do?
    You can have your password sent to you at any time by clicking on the "Forgot password" button in the right-hand info area.
  • Which web browsers are supported by the shop?
    The webshop supports all current browsers.
  • Can I also access the web shop from my SmartPhone or Tablet?
    Yes, the webshop has been specially optimised for access from smartphones or tablets.
    You have the full functionality of these mobile devices, no matter whether the Android is installed on them, 

    Windows Mobile or iOS operating system is installed.
  • What are the shipping costs?
    up to 99,99 €: 6,99 €
    from 100,00 €: free of charge

  • Can I change my delivery address during the ordering process?
    Yes you can change your delivery address during the ordering process.
  • Which payment options does the webshop support?
    At the moment the webshop supports payment via credit card or Paypal.
  • Which articles can I order or are there any restrictions on purchasing?
    In general you can order all articles that are priced and have the shopping cart symbol. Items that are not currently available for online purchase do not have a price and stock display. 
    If you are still interested in articles that are not priced, you can contact us at any time via the info field.
  • I would like to cancel my order, how can I do that?
    You will find a sample cancellation form in the AGB's under cancellation.

Return of goods

  • How can I cancel the purchase contract?
    You can view your orders via the menu "My account". For articles, which have delivered the status, you can then carry out the online revocation. This must of course happen within the legal framework.
